All additional cleaning services are part of Deep Cleaning, except for Basic Cleaning. Additionally, Basic Cleaning is included by default as part of Deep Cleaning.
Conditions
If paid parking is selected, the related parking fee will be settled together with the service fee. If you have any notes regarding parking, please include them in the “Other” field.

Reservation and Deposit Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling of your reservation, we require a base service fee to secure your service time.
The base service fee is a minimum required payment for each booking and will be applied toward your total service cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our customer service team at least 12 hours before the scheduled service start time.
The base service fee will be fully credited to the rescheduled appointment or refunded accordingly.
If the appointment is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, the base service fee will be non-refundable.
